We are now looking for a proactive and organised Financial Planning Administrator/CRM to join our close‑knit team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in financial services who loves supporting clients, managing processes, and making things run smoothly behind the scenes.
The Role
- Manage all stages of the client financial planning journey
- Act as a friendly and professional first point of contact
- Prepare client reports, meeting packs, and follow‑up documentation
- Liaise with advisers, clients, and providers to keep everything moving smoothly
- Maintain accurate client data and ensure compliance standards are met
- Prepare and track applications, forms, and review documents
- Support diary and workflow management for advisers
- Help develop and improve internal processes
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in financial planning/wealth management or similar
- Highly organised, accurate and methodical
- Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
- Comfortable working in a small, supportive team
- Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, financial planning software)
- Professional, presentable, and client-focused
