We are looking for a talented Laser Practitioner with a passion for delivering effective treatments and excellent customer service. We need someone to start ASAP! Expert Centre is well known for excellent customer service, innovative laser & aesthetic treatments and advanced skin solutions. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with laser hair removal, aesthetic laser and good knowledge of skin and body care products. Ultimately, you will increase client satisfaction and boost our company’s reputation by providing professional aesthetics services.
The role:
- Use laser hair removal to remove facial and body hair
- Full Time (36-40 hours per week) with opportunities for voluntary overtime.
- Career progression with training in use of the latest innovative lasers
- Conduct skin analysis (face and body)
- Manage appointments
- Warmly welcome customers upon their arrival
- Update client records with contact details and treatments received
- Ensure all areas are clean and equipment is sterilized before use
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Laser therapist or similar role
- Level 3 or 4 (Laser) Qualified (preferred but not essential)
- Some sales experience
- Excellent communication skills, in written and spoken English
