Expert is a digital services platform where customers can book any service including beauty services in the comfort of their own home. We have successfully launched in London and are looking for an experienced Beauty Manager to join our team.
Job Specification
You will act as a Beauty Advisor, providing consultations to our Expert Partners, maintaining and improving services, ensuring they are carried out in a professional manner at all times. You will be writing treatment protocols and suggesting products to our Expert Partners that meet our clients’ needs. You are required to be customer-service oriented and familiar with a wide range of beauty products. You should be a beauty expert, up-to-date with all the latest trends and able to offer exceptional service to our service providers.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Advising our expert partners on skin, hair and body services.
- Market research of services and prices to ensure we offer our customers a good selection of services.
- Recommending products that fit the client's needs, preferences, and budget, and explaining how the products work.
- Ensuring our Expert Partners always carry the correct kit with them.
- Providing training to Expert Beauty Partners.
- Providing assistance to expert partners on what products and tools are required for beauty hair and makeup.
- Providing run time assistance to our expert partners.
- Setting the beauty protocols and consent forms.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Beauty Advisor and Manager or similar role.
- Experience of running your own Beauty business is an advantage.
- Extensive knowledge of makeup, haircare, and skincare products and tools.
- Up-to-date with cosmetic trends and makeup products.
- Understanding of which products suit different skin types.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Additional education in Cosmetology or relevant field is a plus.
- Recognized UK Qualifications.
