We require a passionate driven Country Manager to run Expert operations in London and the rest of the UK.
Job Role
- Coordinate daily business operations, ensuring organisational excellence.
- Help management implement organisational objectives, strategies, policies and tactics.
- Drive the business of the UK organisation with responsibility for sales and operations.
- Manage key outsourced and insourced business-critical functions.
- Define and identify new opportunities to drive commercial growth in the region.
- Provide development, coordination and oversight of:
- Superior customer service protocols, maintaining professional relationships with team members and clients, with a commitment to quality service.
- Ensuring that App services are delivered to the highest standards and customers are fully satisfied with the service.
- Ensuring that service partners meet consumer demand, making decisions on the number of onboarding partners.
- Training and monitoring of your team members to ensure company objectives are met.

- Passion: Someone who is incredibly passionate about people and business. Innovative communicator who is focused and driven to help conceive and build key international strategic expansion with a sense of fun and teamwork.
- Power of Persuasion: You must have the power of persuasion and the intelligence to recognise opportunities, as you will be consistently working on deals, therefore, this job requires a lot of patience, a lot of listening skills, and lots of charm.
- Think strategically: This role is about trying effective strategies in an effort to find some new angles that would make everything fit together.
- Execution: It is your responsibility to ensure strategies are executed well and goals are reached.
- Completing Priorities Simultaneously: You are responsible to define and drive expansion into new marketplaces and lead features for customers in new countries.
- Solve Ambiguous Problems: Sound business judgment and creative problem-solving skills. You need to be able to think fast and be capable of breaking down and solving complex problems.
- Flexibility: This role will require flexibility beyond working hours. Last minute problems and travel are part and parcel of this position.
Requirements
- You have studied business administration, economics, or another business-related degree.
- You have already completed internships in start-ups, consulting, or business development.
- You have exceptional hands-on mentality.
- You are highly ambitious and equipped with an entrepreneurial mind-set.
- You enjoy working independently and having lots of responsibility.
