We are currently growing and looking for Recruiters across all levels, from Recruitment Consultants to Billing Managers.

As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for passionate recruiters to join our team. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with experience in SAP, ERP, and IT recruitment who can help us develop new business opportunities, strengthen existing client relationships, and re-engage previous partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development – Proactively identify and secure new client opportunities, capitalising on Expert Resource’s strong market reputation.
  • Account Management & Growth – Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring consistent repeat business and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
  • Candidate Sourcing & Delivery – Utilise advanced search techniques, market mapping, and professional networking to source and place top SAP, ERP, and IT talent across global clients.
  • 360 Recruitment Process – Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing and engagement through to offer negotiation and post-placement support.
  • Market Insight & Advisory – Stay informed on current hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and industry changes within the SAP, ERP, and IT sectors to provide market intelligence and advisory services to clients.
  • Strategic Relationship Building – Develop meaningful partnerships with key industry stakeholders, including technology vendors, consultancies, and hiring managers, to strengthen Expert Resource’s market presence.
  • Mentorship & Team Collaboration – Share best practices with junior consultants and contribute to the ongoing success and growth of the business.
