Expert Construction welcome applications from suitably qualified Site Managers for this vacancy, with the project currently at Groundworks stage. This Main Contractor has a large number of projects due to come to site and requires Site Managers with an excellent pedigree and the drive and ambition to complete projects on time and within budget.
Project: Social Housing
Location: Strabane area
Project start date: January 2026
Duties to include:
- Delivering a high quality finish with zero defects and ensuring the project is both on time and within budget
- Supervising and organising all direct and subcontract staff
- Liaison with client, design team and statutory agencies
- Health & Safety / Risk assessments
- Weekly reports to Contract Management - accurate record keeping
Key skills:
- 5 years Site Management experience on Private / Social Housing projects
- High level of finishing
- First Aid qualification
- Strict Health & Safety
- CSR Gold Card desirable
This position is immediately available and our client hopes to interview ASAP. They are offering a market leading remuneration package and will provide a challenging yet exciting working environment. All projects will be based in Derry / Donegal / Tyrone area.
