This successful North West based Contractor is actively seeking to recruit a QS to join their Commercial team. Based in the North Donegal area, this company has won a number of significant contracts throughout ROI & NI and has excelled in this industry for the past 20 years. They are expanding and have a full order book for the next 36 months and accordingly are seeking to fill this position.
Duties:
- Responsible for all Commercial aspects of projects
- Management of subcontractors
- Take offs
- Handle all final accounts
- Preparing Bills of Quantities
- Preparing cost and value reports
- Liaise with Site Managers / Contracts managers based on site
The successful candidate will work alongside 2 x Senior QS's within the Commercial team. This is a Permanent vacancy. Working Hours are 8-5pm, and our client is offering a market leading remuneration package for this role. Applicants should have at least a strong Placement Year and have working knowledge of both pre and post Contract duties. They must be able to read drawings and be comfortable with using AutoCAD.
