Expert are recruiting on behalf of this prominent Main Contractor to recruit a Quality Manager, based in their Head Office in the Maghera / Magherafelt area. Over the last 50 years , they have successfully handed over projects in both the public and private sector and are seeking to add to their team with this role. The Quality Manager will be responsible for maintaining and improving quality standards across live construction sites. Youll play a key role in ensuring compliance, overseeing documentation, and driving a culture of quality across all project teams. This will involve visiting sites and driving improvements across the business. Key Responsibilities Oversee all site-based quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with company and client standards. Conduct regular site audits and inspections, ensuring issues are identified and resolved promptly. Provide technical guidance and quality oversight to site teams and subcontractors. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to uphold quality expectations. Manage and compile QA documentation for audits and handover packages. Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations, and company procedures. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote a culture of quality excellence. The successful candidate will be familiar with all aspects of Construction , from Civils, & drainage right through to brick work and fencing, and will have a passion for Quality.
