Expert Construction are working with this prominent Main Contractor in Omagh to recruit a Health & Safety Officer. . This role will be based in the Head Office but will involve travel to sites throughout NI and the Border counties. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years experience and be NEBOSH qualified. Assist the HSEQ Manager development and implement policies and procedures. Managing the engagement of sub-contractors, ensuring insurances and training is in date. Conduct onsite inspections and audits - Report findings and liaise with the HSEQ Manager to rectify issues. NEBOSH Qualified necessary A Construction related qualification desirable Previous Construction Contractor experience is desirable Direct experience of working on site or supporting project related Health & Safety Commercial Awareness Excellent communication skills and be an analytical problem solver Strong IT skills Full Driving Licence Working Schedule - Monday to Friday Salary & Benefits will be discussed when your CV has been considered.
