Expert Construction are proud to be partnering with this established Contractor who continue to grow and develop their business year on year.
They are seeking to bolster their Commercial team with this appointment, with applicants ideally having completed a strong QS related Placement year and have 1-2 years post graduation experience.
Applicants will be involved in and will display: Cost planning, tendering, procurement, and contract administration.
Subcontractor packages Sound knowledge of ground works / foundations / Civils Working Knowledge of project cost control and financial reporting.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail A proactive, commercially aware, and detail-oriented approach to your work.
