For Companies Expert Construction welcome applications from suitably qualified Site Supervisor for this vacancy which will be based exclusively within the Derry City / North Donegal areas .This Main Contractor have a number of projects due to come to site and require a Supervisor with an excellent pedigree and the drive and ambition to complete projects on time and within budget. Projects: Social Housing & NIHE. Extensions, structural alterations, full refurbishments and new builds. Package around £40,000 – £45,000 plus van, mobile & laptop Duties to include: – Delivering a high quality finish with zero defects and ensuring the project is both on time and within budget – Supervising and organising all direct and subcontract staff – Liaison with client, design team and statutory agencies – Health & Safety / Risk assessments – Weekly reports to Contract Management – accurate record keeping Key skills: – 5 years Site Management experience on Private / Social Housing / NIHE projects. – High level of finishing – First Aid qualification – Strict Health & Safety – CSR Gold Card desirable – Experience of bringing a Site from green field through to handover This position is immediately available and our client hope to interview ASAP. .They are offering a market leading remuneration package and will provide a challenging yet exciting working environment.
