Expert are seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our Client's Planning Team, supporting telecommunications infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will work closely with Planning, Operations and Field Teams to verify works, maintain records and resolve queries. Permanent role, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, £32,000 Key Responsibilities Measurements & Valuations Measure and value completed works against agreed rates. Identify additional works, variations and outstanding claims. Commercial & Operational Support Liaise with internal teams to confirm completed works. Review subcontractor claims against completed works and agreed rates. Resolve discrepancies between subcontractor claims and client valuations. Maintain accurate commercial records and update relevant systems. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office applications. Desirable Criteria Qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related discipline. Experience in telecommunications, utilities or civil engineering. Knowledge of civils, ducting, cabling and reinstatement works. Familiarity with client portals and project management systems. Skills: Quantity Surveyor Estimator Buyer
