Expert Construction are delighted to be working in partnership with this local Contractor who have experienced significant growth over the last 24 months and have a significant Facilities Management division. They have secured a number of prestigious contracts and as such, they are now looking to add to their FM team with a Contracts Administration role.

As Contracts Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the Facilities Management service delivery team and be the first point of contact. Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, managing work orders, and ensuring service delivery aligns with contractual obligations.

Your duties will include:

  • Managing the Facilities Management switchboard and acting as a key point of contact
  • Receiving and processing work orders
  • Allocating jobs to contractors and Company employees
  • Updating job statuses daily
  • Managing invoices and liaising with Accounts
  • Producing weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Collating job information from site operatives and supply chain partners

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000

Working Hours: 08.00- 5.00pm, Monday to Friday
