Expert Construction are delighted to be working in partnership with this local Contractor who have experienced significant growth over the last 24 months and have a significant Facilities Management division. . As Contracts Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the Facilities Management service delivery team and be the first point of contact. Managing the Facilities Management switchboard and acting as a key point of contact Receiving and processing work orders Allocating jobs to contractors and Company employees Updating job statuses daily Managing invoices and liaising with Accounts Producing weekly and monthly performance reports Collating job information from site operatives and supply chain partners Salary : £28,000 - £30,000 Working Hours: 08.00- 5.00pm, Monday to Friday Please contact Kevin on for further information or forward CV using the link below.
