Expert Construction welcome applications from suitably qualified Site Managers for this vacancy, with the exclusive project due to commence in the next month. This Main Contractor has a large number of projects due to come to site and requires a Site Manager with an excellent pedigree and the drive and ambition to complete projects on time and within budget.
Project: 33no Social Housing project
Location: Dungiven area
Package around £45 - 50k per year with van, fuel card, phone, laptop etc provided.
Duties to include:
- Delivering a high quality finish with zero defects and ensuring the project is both on time and within budget
- Supervising and organising all direct and subcontract staff
- Liaison with client, design team and statutory agencies
- Health & Safety / Risk assessments
- Weekly reports to Contract Management - accurate record keeping
Key skills:
- 5 years Site Management experience on Private / Social Housing projects. Social preferable
- High level of finishing
- First Aid qualification
- Strict Health & Safety
- CSR Gold Card desirable
- Experience of bringing a Site from green field through to handover
