Due to internal growth and acquisition, they are seeking to recruit an Operations, Logistics and Site Coordinator for their Limavady HQ.
Role Purpose
Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager in Limavady, this role will provide comprehensive administrative support across the two locations ensuring consistent coordination, communication, and delivery of operations & logistics activities. You will be a central coordination point for administration, documentation, and communication between production & site teams, suppliers, and clients.
Project Administration & Coordination
- Provide high-level administrative support across Production, Installations and Site Operations teams.
- Manage key project information, including production scheduling, delivery scheduling and update relevant IT systems.
- Maintain accurate project records, filing systems, and document control processes.
- Identify issues, consult with relevant stakeholders, and support resolution actions.
Operations, Logistics & Site Support
- Provide administrative support to Operations Director, Manufacturing Manager & Logistics Manager to manage changes to schedule, maintaining the production and logistics scheduling records and communicating with the relevant teams and haulage partners.
- Manage production scheduling across all sites to ensure work is uploaded accurately into the production management system.
- Manage the forward load schedule to plan and validate delivery schedules with site teams and haulage partners.
- Manage and maintain digital site operations platforms, ensuring accurate and consistent data entry and follow up/escalation to relevant parties.
- Assist in coordinating information flow between production, site teams, subcontractors, and internal departments across both business units.
- Liaise between suppliers, internal teams, and external contacts to ensure clear communication and resolution of administrative matters.
- Provide administrative support to site teams in relation to live project delivery requirements.
Ad Hoc Assistance & Cover
- Support BCAR (product warranty) management from request to final issue to client, consulting with clients, site teams, and installers to ensure accurate and complete certificates are issued on time.
- Escalate risks, delays, or supplier concerns to the Contracts Manager / Head of Site Operations as appropriate.
General Responsibilities
- Work independently and proactively to meet deadlines and support project delivery.
- To be familiar with and fully comply with all relevant health and safety legislation and guidelines.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties aligned with the nature of the role.

- Proven experience in technical or project administration support.
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), PDF editing, and digital project systems.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to liaise confidently with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage workload independently.
