– Private Health Care Role : The successful candidate will have at least 3-4 years experience in a Finishing role with a strong background in residential or commercial construction.
Key Responsibilities: Liaise closely with the Site Manager, design teams, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Manage site labour and subcontractors, focusing on the completion of finishing works such as plastering, painting, carpentry, and flooring.
Planning and scheduling of finishing works Liaise with HSEQ / QS / Contracts Manager Ensure compliance with building regulations, health and safety protocols, and company quality standards throughout all finishing stages.
Act as a key point of contact for client representatives and purchasers, handling any queries related to finishing works.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Finishing Site Manager, in particular within residential or student accommodation projects / hotels Preferable to have a Joinery background IT literate with excellent organisational skills Up-to-date knowledge of building regulations and certification standards.
