Expert Construction welcomes applications from suitably qualified Site Supervisors for this vacancy which will be based exclusively within the Derry City / North Donegal areas. This Main Contractor has a number of projects due to come to site and requires a Supervisor with an excellent pedigree and the drive and ambition to complete projects on time and within budget.
Projects: Social Housing & NIHE, Extensions, structural alterations, full refurbishments and new builds.
Package: Around £40,000 - £45,000 plus van, mobile & laptop.
Duties to include:
- Delivering a high quality finish with zero defects and ensuring the project is both on time and within budget.
- Supervising and organising all direct and subcontract staff.
- Liaison with client, design team and statutory agencies.
- Health & Safety / Risk assessments.
- Weekly reports to Contract Management - accurate record keeping.
Key skills:
- 5 years Site Management experience on Private / Social Housing / NIHE projects.
- High level of finishing.
- First Aid qualification.
- Strict Health & Safety.
- CSR Gold Card desirable.
- Experience of bringing a Site from green field through to handover.
