Expert Construction welcome applications from suitably qualified Site Managers for this vacancy, with the project due to commence in January 2025. This Main Contractor has a large number of projects due to come to site and requires Site Managers with an excellent pedigree and the drive and ambition to complete projects on time and within budget.
Project - 40no units, Social Housing Location: Limavady. Strong pipeline of work in the North West / North Coast area.
Duties to include:
- Delivering a high quality finish with zero defects and ensuring the project is both on time and within budget
- Supervising and organising all direct and subcontract staff
- Liaison with client, design team and statutory agencies
- Health & Safety / Risk assessments
- Weekly reports to Contract Management - accurate record keeping
Key skills:
- 3-4 years Site Management experience on Private / Social Housing projects
- High level of finishing
- First Aid qualification
- Strict Health & Safety
- CSR Gold Card desirable
