The following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role. This Main Contractor have a large number of projects due to come to site and require a Site Manager with an excellent pedigree and the drive and ambition to complete projects on time and within budget.

Project: 33no Social Housing project

Location: Dungiven area

Package around £45-50k per year with van, fuel card, phone, laptop etc provided.

Duties to include:

  • Delivering a high quality finish with zero defects and ensuring the project is both on time and within budget
  • Supervising and organising all direct and subcontract staff
  • Liaison with client, design team and statutory agencies
  • Health & Safety / Risk assessments
  • Weekly reports to Contract Management
  • Accurate record keeping

Key skills:

  • 5 years Site Management experience on Private / Social Housing projects. Social preferable
  • High level of finishing
  • First Aid qualification
  • Strict Health & Safety
  • CSR Gold Card desirable
  • Experience of bringing a Site from green field through to handover
