This Main Contractor has a large number of projects due to come to site and requires a Site Manager with an excellent pedigree and the drive and ambition to complete projects on time and within budget.
Project: 38 units, Private Housing - 32 no 3&4 bed semi-detached (Timber Frame) and 6 no apartments, High end finish.
Location: Cookstown
Package around £45 - 52k per year with van, fuel card, phone, laptop etc provided.
- Delivering a high quality finish with zero defects and ensuring the project is both on time and within budget.
- Supervising and organising all direct and subcontract staff.
- Liaison with client, design team and statutory agencies.
- Health & Safety / Risk assessments.
- Weekly reports to Contract Management - accurate record keeping.
Key skills:
- 5 years Site Management experience on Private / Social Housing projects. Social preferable.
- High level of finishing.
- First Aid qualification.
- Strict Health & Safety.
- CSR Gold Card desirable.
- Experience of bringing a Site from green field through to handover.
