Expert Construction are currently offering a fantastic opportunity for a recent Construction Graduate( preferably Quantity Surveying or Construction Engineering & Management ) to assist in the provision of quantity surveying & buying services under the guidance of the Managing Quantity Surveyor for our Co L'Derry based Client.

Key Tasks and Duties: Estimating and Cost Planning: Collaborate on estimating and cost planning activities.
Procurement Advice: Provide guidance on procurement strategies.
Tender Document Preparation: Assist in the preparation of tender documents.
Tender Reporting: Contribute to tender evaluation and reporting.
Contract Administration and Cost Control: Support in contract administration and cost control procedures.
Interim Valuations: Assist in the preparation of interim valuations.
Cost Reporting: Contribute to comprehensive cost reporting.
Final Account Preparation: Assist in the preparation of final accounts.
Contract and Dispute Advice: Offer advice on contract-related matters and dispute resolution. xehkeey
Applicants should have at least one year / Placement year experience , have a willingness to learn and improve, and will be capable of being flexible with their skill set.
