Expert are working in conjunction with this Coleraine based Client who have an immediate need for a Service Manager on a Permanent, full time basis. Working successfully in the Manufacturing industry, this company are going through a fantastic period of growth and accordingly need to supplement their Service team.
Plant Maintenance Strategy & Delivery
- Develop and manage a planned and preventative maintenance strategy for the full plant fleet.
- Ensure all servicing, inspections and statutory testing are completed on time and legal standards.
- Oversee Workshop operations, manage workflow and keep customers up to date.
- Triage all service calls efficiently.
- Work in collaboration with other departments.
- Ensure RAMS and risk assessments are in place and followed.
- Support audits, investigations and safety improvement initiatives.
Applicants should have a background in Heavy Machinery / Construction / Agricultural industry and have possibly worked as a Fitter / on tools. Excellent customer service skills and invoicing / customer management experience are required.
