This successful North Antrim based Contractor is actively seeking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial team. Based in the North Antrim area, this company has won a number of significant contracts throughout NI and has excelled in this industry for the past 60 years. They are expanding and have a full order book for the next 18 months and accordingly are seeking to fill this position.
Sectors: Civil Engineering, Groundworks, Muck shifting
Duties:
- Responsible for all Commercial aspects of projects
- Management of subcontractors
- Take offs
- Handle all final accounts
- Preparing Bills of Quantities
- Preparing cost and value reports
- Liaise with Site Managers / Contracts managers based on site
Applicants are expected to have at least 1-2 years experience working with a small to medium sized Main Contractor, who will have the capability of managing small to medium sized projects from start to finish. Pre and post contract experience and knowledge desirable. This is a Permanent vacancy. Working hours are 8-5pm, M-F, and our client is offering a market leading remuneration package for this role.
