As the first Senior Account Executive role in the UK, you will drive sales growth across the UK and EMEA, focusing on acquiring new enterprise clients. You will actively collaborate with the local and global sales, customer success and marketing teams. Responsibilities:- Lead the company’s new business sales effort in the UK and EMEA region.
- Establish the proper segmented go-to market approach for prospects.
- Prospect, qualify and close new enterprise business deals.
- Develop target leads – strategize approaches for creating a sales opportunity pipeline.
- Liaise with sales development and marketing teams to help define and execute an outbound lead generation strategy and new lead funnel development.
- Articulate the company’s value proposition, run product demos, and execute product trials.
- Provide accurate forecasting of sales pipelines.
- Build and maintain senior level relationships with key prospective customers and reseller channel partners.
- Understand the competitive landscape and market trends.
- 4+ years’ experience in various enterprise B2B technology sales, specifically SaaS solution selling roles (IoT or Fleet space – an advantage).
- Ability to work independently and thrive in working for a high paced entrepreneurial high-tech team environment.
- Proven experience in creating and executing strategic sales plans.
- A proven experience of independently closing complex enterprise deals.
- Very strong interpersonal skills, flexible mindset, and approach to business – ability to “Read the Room” when working on a deal.
- Hunter, and Self-Starter and “Can-Do” mindset - Proven ability to independently drive the sales process from prospecting to closing.
- Ability to communicate, present and influence at all levels, including executive and C-Level.
- Experience in effectively working in a multicultural global company.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce – an advantage).
- Bachelor/Master’s degree.
- Willingness to travel as required.
