Our client, a global leader in water treatment systems, is looking for a PMO analyst to join the dynamic operations division of the project control department. You will be a vital partner to project managers, enabling the successful delivery of intricate engineering projects. This position demands strong analytical skills, meticulous planning, and the ability to navigate complex contractual and change management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement comprehensive programs and work plans on projects.
  • Set up and monitor the task list across the project, analyzing organizational needs and ensuring alignment.
  • Set up and monitor project risks.
  • Manage contractual program requirements and associated changes, ensuring adherence to project scope and timelines.
  • Coordinate the preparation of the various project status reports.

Requirements:

  • MUST: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • MUST: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a PMO or similar project control role.
  • MUST: Experience in infrastructure/construction companies (process plant construction preferred).
  • Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to manage complex programs with multiple constraints.
  • Strong working knowledge of project management construction activities, and resource management.
  • Significant advantage: Experience with Primavera project management software.
  • Experience with ERP software.
  • Advantage: Experience working within or with global teams.
