This is a rare opportunity to step into the most senior capital-facing role at a U.S. real estate investment platform that is entering a deliberate and well-capitalised growth phase.

The firm has 16 years of investment experience, has completed more than $2 billion in real estate acquisitions, and manages approximately $200 million in equity today — all focused on U.S. value-add logistics, one of the most compelling structural themes in real assets.

The platform operates through an evergreen fund structure and is anchored by a large U.S. institutional investor, providing meaningful third-party validation and a strong foundation from which to expand the LP base globally. The firm is now ready to scale — and this hire will lead that effort.

As Head of Capital Raising, you will be the primary external representative of the firm with investors worldwide. Your mandate is clear: build the firm's global investor base and bring in approximately $100 million in new capital annually, targeting family offices, wealth platforms, and institutional allocators across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

You will have a direct line to senior leadership and genuine influence over how the fundraising strategy is shaped and executed. This is not a role where you inherit a playbook — you will build one.

What You Will Do

  • Own the firm's global fundraising effort, with a target of ~$100M in new capital commitments annually.
  • Build and cultivate relationships with family offices, high-net-worth individuals, wealth managers, and institutional allocators.
  • Develop and execute investor outreach strategies across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
  • Lead the full capital raising cycle — from initial engagement through due diligence, negotiation, and close.
  • Present the firm's U.S. logistics investment strategy compellingly to a sophisticated global investor audience.
  • Represent the firm at investor meetings, industry conferences, and roadshows.
  • Identify and develop new investor channels and capital sources to diversify and expand the LP base.
  • Maintain ongoing investor communications and ensure long-term LP satisfaction and retention.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to continuously refine the fundraising strategy as the platform evolves.

What You Will Bring

  • 10+ years of capital raising experience within real estate funds or alternative asset managers.
  • A demonstrable track record of raising capital from family offices, wealth managers, and/or institutional investors.
  • An existing, activatable network of LP and investor relationships — you know who to call.
  • Strong command of real estate or private equity fund structures, terms, and fundraising dynamics.
  • The ability to operate effectively in a lean, fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment — you are comfortable being the primary driver, not part of a large team.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the credibility to represent the firm at the most senior levels.

Why This Role

  • A genuine seat at the table — you will shape the firm's investor strategy, not just execute it.
  • Strong institutional credibility from day one, underpinned by a large anchor investor and a 16-year track record.
  • A focused, high-conviction investment thesis in U.S. logistics — a sector with structural tailwinds and a compelling story to tell.
  • The scale and entrepreneurial energy of a growth-stage platform with the foundation of an established firm.
  • Competitive compensation with performance-linked upside commensurate with the seniority and impact of the role.
