We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager – EMEA to accelerate growth across Europe. This role requires a hands-on, results-driven sales hunter with a strong track record in enterprise B2B technology sales and regional market development.
About the role:
The Regional Sales Manager – EMEA will lead regional commercial expansion across Europe. The successful candidate will drive new business growth, build strategic relationships, and execute regional go-to-market strategies while working closely with cross-functional global teams.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive Regional New Business Growth by securing enterprise customers across EMEA.
- Develop and Execute Go-to-Market Strategies tailored to segmented fleet markets (e.g., commercial fleets, bus & coach).
- Prospect, Qualify, and Close Enterprise Deals, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
- Build and Maintain Senior-Level Relationships with enterprise customers and channel partners.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally with sales development, marketing, product, and operations teams to accelerate pipeline growth.
- Deliver Product Demos and Trials, articulating the company’s value proposition to enterprise stakeholders.
- Own Sales Forecasting and Pipeline Reporting to ensure visibility and accuracy.
- Monitor Competitive Landscape and Market Trends to refine regional commercial strategy.
Requirements:
- MUST: 5+ years of enterprise B2B technology sales experience, preferably in SaaS, IoT, fleet, or mobility-related solutions.
- Proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals independently.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling regional markets and executing strategic sales plans.
- Strong ability to engage and influence C-level and senior stakeholders.
- Experience working in multicultural, global organizations.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Willingness to travel across the region as required.
