Mechanical Production Engineer required to specialise in continuous improvement using Lean or Six Sigma tools, engage in NPI and solve day-to-day production issues. You will optimise precision high mix and low volume manufacturing working across NPI, NPD, Production, manufacturing and assembly to refine, improve and rethink products and processes.

Requirements:

  • Production engineering, manufacturing support or process engineering experience of electromechanical assemblies including motors, sensors, PCBs, actuators, wiring and power packs.
  • Mechanical and electrical manufacturing process experience.
  • Lean manufacturing and quality tool exposure to FMEA, SPC, 8D, Ishikawa, etc.
