Requirements
- Instrumented Systems experience in a refinery, chemical or allied industry.
- Apprenticeship or traineeship scheme.
- City and Guilds, ONC, HNC or other qualifications in relevant subject.
- Hazardous area equipment training CompEx or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Instrument maintenance and repair.
- Production critical inspection and repairs.
- Installation and commissioning, equipment review.
- Order and manage spares and equipment from suppliers maintaining adequate economic stores of materials, equipment and tools.
- Liaise with instrument, electrical and other specialist engineers.
