Senior RF IC Design Engineer required for a leading semiconductor New Product Engineering team. This is a hands-on RF design, implementation and verification of analogue subsystem ICs.
Requirements:
- SiGe Bipolar and CMOS process knowledge
- RF and analogue design experience including mismatch, linearity, noise, stability, etc.
- Design experience of RF front end and baseband circuits such as PA, LNA, mixer, oscillator, PLL, VGA, filter, TIA
- Cadence Virtuoso, version control systems, and EM tools
- Masters degree, PhD, or equivalent relevant industry experience
- First time right silicon champion
- IC layout principles, design-for-manufacture, and ESD protection skills
Responsibilities:
- Design RF analogue blocks such as LNAs, mixers, filters, dividers, bias circuits, bandgaps, PLLs, TIAs
