PCB Electronics Design Engineer

Electronics PCB Design Engineer required to join an existing product design team working on electronic  and printed circuit assemblies PCBs for future products. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer to work on cutting edge technology.\\n\\nRequirements\\n\\nDegree or in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related subject.\\n\\nOver 5 years of experience in electronics and multilayer PCB design in a commercial environment.\\n\\nOver 2 years recent experience using enterprise level PCB design tools Cadence OrCAD, Allegro or Altium Designer.\\n\\nHigh speed digital design and PCB signal integrity, stack-up, impedance control, ESD mitigation, and EMC compliance.\\n\\nVideo or camera image processing.\\n\\nRF and FPGA design knowledge.\\n\\nAnalogue and digital layout, design for test, and design for manufacture.\\n\\nInterest in high accuracy GNSS and automotive applications contributing to product development from concept through to production.\\n\\nResponsibilities\\n\\nDesign and layout analogue and digital electronics for PCBs, including component footprint creation and library management.\\n\\nDetermine PCB configurations, outlines, interfaces and interconnects.\\n\\nPCB fabrication and assembly drawings, bills of materials, and manufacturing data.\\n\\nSupport PCB assembly and resolve manufacturing issues.\\n\\nDevelop and implement PCB production test strategies, including the creation of test platforms and fixtures.\\n\\nHardware design verification, troubleshooting, and debugging using oscilloscopes, spectrum analysers, and other test equipment.\\n\\nCollaborate with firmware developers to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software.\\n\\nSupport product assembly, customer support, and product documentation creation.\\n\\nDesign reviews and document the results.\\n\\nIf you're an experienced Electronic PCB Design Engineer with a passion for high quality design and a collaborative approach to problem solving, keen to drive innovation in the GNSS and automotive sector, then this is role is perfect
