Senior RF IC Design Engineer required for a leading semiconductor New Product Engineering team. This is a hands-on RF design, implementation and verification of analogue subsystem ICs.

Requirements:

  • SiGe Bipolar and CMOS process knowledge
  • RF and analogue design experience including mismatch, linearity, noise, stability, etc.
  • Design experience of RF front end and baseband circuits such as PA, LNA, mixer, oscillator, PLL, VGA, filter, TIA.
  • Cadence Virtuoso, version control systems, and EM tools.
  • Masters degree, PhD, or equivalent relevant industry experience.
  • First time right silicon champion.
  • IC layout principles, design-for-manufacture, and ESD protection skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Design RF analogue blocks such as LNAs, mixers, filters, dividers, bias circuits, bandgaps, PLLs, TIAs.
  • SiGe and CMOS high performance RF circuitry integration.
