Principal FPGA Design Engineer in Enfield

We are looking for a Principal FPGA Design Engineer to lead complex FPGA developments from system requirements through to fully verified hardware. This is a senior, hands-on technical leadership role within a high-performance engineering team.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\nLead FPGA architecture and end-to-end VHDL design\\n\\nDefine system-level requirements and implement robust solutions\\n\\nDevelop test benches, verification plans, and documentation\\n\\nSupport and enhance existing firmware\\n\\nLead design reviews and release activities\\n\\nMentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership\\n\\nRequirements\\n\\nTen years FPGA design experience\\n\\nProven experience with multi-FPGA systems\\n\\nStrong system architecture and requirements decomposition skills\\n\\nExperience with Radar or DSP applications
