Responsibilities
- Drive the commercial strategy for the UK & Ireland.
- Lead a sales-focused team of 10–15 employees.
- Grow market share and develop key customer relationships.
- Deliver profitable business growth across the UK & Ireland.
About You / Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience within technical manufacturing, automation, precision engineering or industrial technology.
- Strong background in sales strategy, business development and team leadership.
- Commercially driven with experience managing P&L and delivering sustainable growth.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Engineering or business degree preferred.
