We are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to support the design and development of subsea choke and valve systems used in complex offshore environments.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop subsea choke and valve systems, including specifications and documentation
- Lead verification, validation, and performance analysis activities
- Establish and maintain product standards across projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve performance and manufacturability
- Provide technical support to manufacturing and resolve engineering issues
- Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality outputs on time
- Mentor junior engineers and support team development
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
- Proven experience in subsea chokes and valves within the energy sector
- Strong knowledge of subsea production systems and industry standards
- Experience with CAD and engineering systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Hybrid working (4 days office and 1 day remote)
