We are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join an established law firm in Manchester.
The successful candidate will manage a varied residential property caseload independently, with minimal supervision, handling transactions from instruction through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
- Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
- Deal with flat and new-build property transactions.
- Progress transactions efficiently and ensure deadlines are met.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal requirements and procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential conveyancing.
- Ability to manage a caseload independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience with freehold and leasehold transactions.
- Knowledge of flat and new-build sales and purchases.
- Strong communication, organisational and client service skills.
