Requirements
- Proven experience in residential conveyancing.
- Strong knowledge of freehold, leasehold and new build transactions.
- Ability to manage a busy caseload independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organisational, communication and client management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing transactions.
- Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
- Manage transactions involving flats and new-build properties.
- Oversee transactions from initial instruction through to exchange and completion.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other solicitors.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
