Disability Inclusion Manager

The Disability Inclusion Manager will oversee the rollout and continued delivery of a service supporting employees with disabilities or other needs in accessing workplace adjustments. Based in Crawley on a permanent basis, with a salary of £45,000 to £50,000, this post involves managing adjustment requests, coordinating implementation across several sites, and liaising with HR teams, line managers and external suppliers. The successful candidate will handle communications, service information and reporting, refine processes, and champion disability inclusion throughout the organisation. Applicants should bring experience in HR, employee experience, project management or service delivery, alongside knowledge of workplace accessibility. Strong stakeholder management, communication and organisational abilities are essential for this role. We are looking for a Disability Inclusion Manager to manage the rollout and ongoing delivery of a service that helps employees with disabilities or other needs access appropriate workplace support and adjustments.
