We are looking for a Disability Inclusion Manager to manage the rollout and ongoing delivery of a service that helps employees with disabilities or other needs access appropriate workplace support and adjustments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage workplace adjustment requests and ensure a smooth process for employees.
- Coordinate the rollout of the service across multiple locations.
- Work with HR teams, managers and external suppliers.
- Manage communications, service information and reporting.
- Improve processes and promote disability inclusion across the organisation.
Requirements
- Experience in HR, employee experience, project management or service delivery.
- Understanding of workplace accessibility and disability inclusion.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills.
- Experience with reporting, data analysis and process improvement.
