This permanent Building Information Modelling Revit M role in London sits within an architectural lighting design studio. The successful BIM Technician will draft electrical layouts and illumination control schemes using Revit MEP and AutoCAD. Working alongside designers, duties include producing fixture layouts, control channel drawings and integration details, with accompanying schedules compiled in Microsoft Excel. Applicants need recent experience of CAD, Revit MEP and associated electrical design, plus confidence using the control panel function to generate channels. Fluency in AutoCAD 2D, Microsoft Office and strong attention to detail are essential.

The salary ranges from £33,000 to £48,000 per annum, depending on experience. BIM Technician required to draft lighting or electrical layouts in Revit MEP and AutoCAD, the ideal candidate will have experience using the £££control panel£££ function within Revit MEP to generate lighting control channels.

Requirements

• CAD and Revit MEP recent experience of lighting and associated electrical designs.
• AutoCAD 2D and AutoCAD Revit MEP, Microsoft Office fluency.
