We are a UK-based premium Indian womenβs clothing brand specializing in Retail, Bridalwear, Partywear, and Wholesale supply to boutiques, stylists, creators, and independent retailers. We operate as a social-media-first brand and are now expanding toward physical presence and global reach.
Role Description
This is a remote performance-based role for a Social Media & Lead Growth Manager. The role involves planning, creating, and optimizing social media content to enhance brand visibility, attract customers, and generate qualified leads.
Key responsibilities include:
β’ Developing social media strategies aligned with retail and wholesale goals
β’ Managing Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp channels
β’ Creating engaging content including Reels, product showcases, and seasonal campaigns
β’ Handling inquiries and converting them into qualified leads (retail and wholesale)
β’ Running and managing performance-focused lead-generation ads (not boosting)
β’ Collaborating with micro-influencers, boutiques, and stylists
β’ Tracking lead quality, cost per lead, and campaign performance
β’ Reporting lead data and improving conversion through content strategy
Qualifications
β’ Proven experience in Social Media Marketing, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce
β’ Knowledge of Instagram and TikTok trends, buyer psychology, and lead-focused content strategy
β’ Experience with lead-generation ads (Meta Ads / TikTok Ads), including tracking and reporting
β’ Strong communication skills, with experience managing DM/WhatsApp customer inquiries
β’ Ability to build and maintain warm lead databases for both retail and wholesale clients
β’ Experience in influencer outreach or boutique collaboration is an advantage
β’ Proficiency in tools such as Canva, CapCut, VN, or basic video editing applications
β’ Business-minded, creative, and results-oriented, with focus on performance and conversion
β’ No formal degree required β skills, experience, and results are valued
Preferred Languages:
β’ English (Required)
β’ Hindi and/or Punjabi (Preferred for customer communication & retail/wholesale engagement)
