Service Engineer

Expert Access Solutions is a highly skilled engineering business that specialises in automatic entrance systems. We are looking for an experienced automatic or multiskilled technician to join our growing team in the greater London area as a Service Engineer.

• Remuneration: OTE of £60,000+ per annum. Paid door to door and regular overtime including on call rota.

As the Service Engineer at Expert Access Solutions, your role will include:

• Installing, servicing and maintaining automatic and industrial doors in accordance with relevant industry standards.
• Working on a wide range of manufacturers products, both electronic and mechanical.
• Fault finding, diagnosing and accurately recommending solutions to customers.
• Working a 45 hour week plus overtime and supporting our call out rota.

We are looking for a Service Engineer with the following qualifications:

• Proven experience as an automatic door engineer.
• Industrial door experience.
• EN16005 or BS7036 qualification and CSCS card.
• IPAF licence ideally.
• Experience working on tablets such as iPad.
• IT literate – excel, outlook, customer portals, etc.
• Good communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
