We are seeking an experienced Workday Consultant to support the delivery of major HR and Finance transformation programmes. Working alongside senior stakeholders, project teams, and clients, you will play a key role in configuring, implementing, and optimising Workday solutions across multiple business functions.
This is an excellent opportunity for a consultant with strong Workday expertise who enjoys translating business requirements into scalable platform solutions and driving tangible business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end Workday implementations across: HCM, Payroll, Financials, Talent Management.
- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyse, and translate requirements.
- Configure and optimise Workday solutions to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
- Identify opportunities for platform enhancements and continuous improvement.
- Provide guidance and best practice recommendations for Workday adoption and optimisation.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience delivering Workday implementations and configurations.
- Strong knowledge of one or more Workday modules, including HCM, Payroll, Financials, and/or Talent Management.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within cross-functional project teams.
- Consultancy experience within large-scale transformation programmes is highly desirable.
