As an Application Duty Technician, you will provide Level 2/3 application support within a live-service environment, helping maintain a 99.99% service-level agreement. This is a varied, hands-on role where you will investigate user incidents, diagnose underlying issues and work through to service restoration or implementation of a fix. What You'll Be Doing Delivering Level 2/3 application support for a business-critical system. Investigating and diagnosing user incidents, taking issues through to resolution. Working with clients, third parties and IBM delivery teams to restore service and implement fixes. Using monitoring and event-management tools to identify and investigate service issues.
