We are currently seeking an experienced Dispatch Operative to join a busy Services Logistics Warehouse operation. This role is ideal for individuals with strong dispatch, export, and courier platform experience, working within a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process shipments using multiple courier platforms (e.g. TNT, DPD)
- Produce: Commercial invoices, Dispatch documentation, Shipping manifests, End-of-day operational reports
- Manage and clear SAP dispatch queues
- Coordinate with: Scheduling teams, Internal stakeholders
- Handle escalation procedures effectively (written and verbal)
- Maintain compliance with export requirements and dangerous goods regulations
- Ensure high standards of warehouse housekeeping (6S environment)
- Meet performance targets and SLA requirements
We are recruiting for a Logistics Operative / Sortation Specialist to support a large-scale service logistics warehouse. This is a varied role spanning goods-in, sortation, warranty processing, and stock movement, with a strong emphasis on asset tracking and system accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Process inbound items from field engineers: Route to scrap, repair, store, or warranty
- Raise and manage: RMAs (Return Material Authorisations), Purchase order receipts
- Maintain accurate records in: SAP, ServiceNow / ITSM systems
- Use QR scanning tools to track repair lifecycle
- Perform serial number and asset tracking
- Create transfer orders and stock movements
- Work with courier partners for inbound/outbound logistics
- Produce manifests and support dispatch when required
- Check and validate warranties using vendor portals
- Maintain SLA adherence and reporting (Excel-based)
- Support warehouse functions including: Goods-in, Sortation, Error handling, Stores (picking, putaways)
- Maintain a clean and organised warehouse
