UX Researcher/ Service designer:
Conduct user research to gather insights into customer needs, preferences, and pain points.
Create service blueprints, journey maps, and personas to effectively communicate service experiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketing, to design and implement service solutions.
Facilitate workshops and design sprints to co-create solutions with stakeholders and gather feedback.
Prototype and test service concepts, iterating designs based on user feedback and performance metrics.
Analyse service performance data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
Document design processes and outcomes to ensure knowledge transfer and continuity.
