Security Software Services designs, builds, runs and maintains Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) for its customers.

As a Test Manager, your work is vitally important to our customers' services and the underpinning solutions. Without this key role, we would be unable to meet our contractual obligations and would be at risk of financial and reputational impact.

The role holder will manage the end-to-end test activities of a complex migration project and undertake forecasting, planning, coordination, scope definition and test assurance using various test tools and test techniques based on their knowledge, experience, and training.

Accountabilities
  • Accountable for the completion of Test activities on high profile, high value and highly complex project deliveries (including secure), to agreed quality standards and in-line with the test strategy.
  • Provide expert test-specific response detail, working with the project managers / technical and Service team(s) to develop testing documentation.
  • Analyse and engage with contract documents to define customer requirements to ensure contract adherence.
  • Deliver quality test diagnostics to report on accuracy, quality, and number of errors and whether customer requirements are being met.
  • Recognised SME and visible leader within own operational team.
  • Provides coaching/support within their area and shares knowledge with the wider team.
Mandatory skills
  • Test Management & Defect Management.
  • Unit, System Integration, Regression, UAT & Deployment Testing.
  • Experience testing applications running in a cloud environment.
  • Experience of Test planning and Test documentation production for highly regulated environments.
Desired
  • PKI experience.
  • Basic knowledge of digital certificates and Public Key Infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of applications running in an Azure environment.
  • ISTQB Qualified.
