Location: Telford, hybrid at least 2 days per week onsite

Rate: up to £506 p/d Umbrella inside IR35

Role purpose / summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodology, capacity planning and project delivery. This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills to manage and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Skills/requirements

  • Oversee the delivery of projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet required standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Implement and manage Agile methodology across teams for efficient project execution.
  • Develop and maintain capacity planning processes to ensure resources are effectively allocated.
  • Communicate project plans, objectives, and expectations clearly to all stakeholders, ensuring goals are understood and met.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies as necessary.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are used effectively.
  • Foster collaboration between stakeholders, team members, and other departments.
  • Ensure compliance with project governance and documentation standards.
  • Provide regular project updates to senior management and address any issues or risks.
