Rate: Up to £450 per day

We are seeking a Service Catalogue & Integration Management Consultant to support a critical MoD programme based in Corsham.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of Service Catalogue and Integration Management services, working closely with customers, stakeholders, service owners, engineering teams and capability leads to ensure effective service governance, change coordination and service transition activities across multiple environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Author and manage the Service Catalogue, liaising daily with Customers, FLCs, Service/Product Owners and Capability Development Leads.
- Advise on service availability, service and capability developments, and processes across the UK Baseline, NATO Baseline and Service Catalogue.
- Maintain a catalogue of services available to all users, including:
- Current services
- Future services
- Retired services
- Planning support information
- Service descriptions
- Service support wraps
- Act as Change Coordinator supporting the transition of all FAS Application Changes.
- Manage the onboarding and maintenance of deployed applications and services.
- Generate Internal Requests for Change (RFCs) and progress external RFCs through the Live Services Change process.
- Liaise withSDA, SAC,FAS Engineers, Coalition Engineers, Core Engineers,TLLS and the Test Manager to ensure:
- Rigorous testing and validation activities are completed
- Pan-DLOD considerations have been addressed
- Services are successfully transitioned and released into the live environment
- Act as the principal Live Services liaison with stakeholders.
- Inform and advise stakeholders on Platform as a Service (PaaS) services.
- Support the Forward Schedule of Change (FSOC).
- Influence and track both National and NATO capability development activities.
Essential Requirements:
- Experience authoring and managing Service Catalogues.
- Experience working with Customers, FLCs, Service/Product Owners and Capability Development Leads.
- Knowledge of service availability management, service development and service governance processes.
- Experience maintaining service catalogues covering current, future and retired services.
- Change coordination experience, including management of Requests for Change (RFCs).
- Experience supporting application and service onboarding activities.
- Ability to coordinate across multiple technical and stakeholder groups.
- Experience supporting testing, validation, transition and release activities.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience supporting Forward Schedule of Change (FSOC) activities.
- Understanding of National and NATO capability development environments. xiskglj
